This Privacy Policy explains how Kangsium ("we", "us") handles information when you use Sky Stack (the "App"). We've tried to write this in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us at jason@kangsium.com.
At a glance

No sign-up, no account. You can play without giving us your name, email, or any login.
•
Your game progress stays on your device. Best heights, your daily streak, and settings are saved locally and are never uploaded to us.
•
We show ads. Sky Stack is free and supported by Google AdMob, which collects an advertising identifier and related device data to serve and measure ads.
•
We do not sell your personal information.

Note on "anonymous" identifiers: the advertising ID is still considered personal data under GDPR even though we never see your name or email. We treat it accordingly.
Why we handle it
We use this data only for the purposes listed in the table above:

Operating the App's core features (saving your scores, streak, and settings on your device)
•
Scheduling the optional daily streak reminder you turn on
•
Showing advertisements that help keep the App free
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share data with
The only third party that receives data is:

Google AdMob — serves ads and measures their performance. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses advertising data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
We do not use any analytics, crash-reporting, or account/login service, and we do not transmit your game data to our own servers (we don't run any).
Your data, your control
You can:
•
Reset all on-device data — in the App: Settings → Reset progress. This clears your best heights and streak immediately.
•
Control ad personalization — reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads), and use the in-app consent choices shown on first launch.
•
Access or delete other data — email jason@kangsium.com and we will respond within 30 days. (Note: we hold no account data about you; ad-related data is held by Google, not us.)
How long we keep data

Where data is stored
We operate no servers and store no personal data ourselves. Ad-related data is processed by Google on its global infrastructure (primarily the United States and the EU).
For users in the EU, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR / UK DPA)
Our legal bases for processing:

Contract / legitimate interest — operating the App's on-device features
•
Consent — personalized advertising via AdMob. On first launch you are shown a consent prompt (Google's UMP consent form) in regions where it is required.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, data portability, and to object. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, most requests about ad data should be directed to Google; you may also contact us at jason@kangsium.com. You may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
International transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses as published by Google.
For California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but personalized advertising via AdMob may qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA. Opt out by resetting or disabling your Advertising ID in device settings and by declining the in-app consent prompt. To exercise these rights, email jason@kangsium.com.
Children's privacy
Sky Stack is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact jason@kangsium.com if you believe a child has provided personal information and we will delete it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) by the AdMob SDK. On-device data is protected by your device's standard app sandboxing.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced inside the App. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change.
